Great news! Bolt-On has released an update that allows the XOXOcar branding to be removed from the main page of the inspection. It's still in the fly out menu. Here is a link to one of our inspections with the new format: http://2un.me/2nuks

I realize I have been pretty vocal in my challenge of the XOXO car brand and the way in which it was forced on us. I want to be the first to thank Bolt-On for their decision to allow a choice to the auto repair shop owners represented here.

It's the little menu at the top right accessed by the button with 3 lines. It will show up if the inspection is viewed on a phone or small mobile device.

This is great news. I'm happy to see that BO has listened.

Looks like the sorting issue has returned, though. At one point we lost the ability to show our inspections by red points first, yellow second etc. That was restored and now it's lost again. Would love to get that back. Many of my BIG customers count on that.

Super happy to see this! I'd still like to see the XOXO branding removed from the 'hamburger' menu, but this is progress nonetheless.

Though the option of presorting Red, Yellow and Green appears not to be available, On the inspection sent to the customer, you can deselect green and yellow to display only red. Tap on red and then yellow to see just the yellow.

Just the same I'll put in a request to bring the sorting function back.

A heads up. Some may have an issue with the presorting of the color swatches on the inspection. We are aware and are looking into it. Thanks for your patience.

Also I discovered yesterday that the only way at present to share an inspection without XOXO brand is to do so from Report Pro. Most of our inspections are shared via work order note from Mobile Manager. Apparently MM needs an update to recognize the change of branding. Hopefully this is addressed soon.

Maybe this is an option I'm not aware of already. Is there anyway to change the inspections back to having the green, yellow, or red boxes with check marks on the customers end? If I recall correctly, they used to be big colored boxes with check marks. Now they are small little dots. A lot of customers aren't really linking the colored dots to the indication of the condition. I know, you'd think that would be obvious, but I think they are just so used to seeing your typical inspection sheet with big colored boxes and check marks.
