We're on version 7.3.8 and I don't see a button which lists the changes for 7.3.10. I also checked m1files and, unless I missed it, I didn't see the change log there either.

I don't believe there are any major changes between .8 and .10. Mostly the dot.net update for Windows. In Manager, under Help, click on check for updates.

I would think all, but they do only really call out 10 in the message.

The issue is Win 10 but will likely trickle down to other operating systems eventually as they get updated.

Well I screwed up always thought of 7.3.10 update as 7.3.1 and figured the 7.3.8 was the higher update, boy was i wrong. Got the the new windows update over night and SE wouldn't work this morning called in and found out that needed the 7.3.10 update, back up and running.
