Part Sales By Category Report

Hi Guys,

We've been looking for a report that would allow us to see what parts with part #s were sold in a specific time period by category. Does this report exist? is it something that can be added or created?

This report does exist if you have Bolt On Report Pro. Nothing in Manager.

Thank you for the input. We don't have either of those. Disappointing. I hope Mitchell will include more reports in future releases.

Does Mitchell have a plan to update/expand on the reports...e.g. incorporate the reporting functionality of Report Pro?

I looked at reports in Mitchell again and found one that might help you. Have you looked at Non-Stock Parts Purchased? It would appear to break down by category. I can't tell much since we inventory every part we purchase(so no data in the report), but this might be what you're looking for. Try it out and see.....

I see all of the reports in Report Pro for sales by category, but it would be so much more helpful if we could see the detail in addition to the summary
