Estimate shows $ that's nowhere to be found on order
At the bottom of the screen for invoice it shows the correct amount, and on estimate it shows $1500 extra that's nowhere to be found anywhere else on the order. When I try to Pay/Post the invoice, it gives me a window for Invoice Overpayment, and I'm lost as to what to do.

The quickest way is to call support and have them log into your system. We may be able to sort this out here but it would take longer. If you want to pursue it, can you get a screenshot so we can see what we're dealing with?

Did somebody by chance put $1500 into Estimated Parts in a Labor line? That might account for it. Here's an example of what happens:theguyatthedesk wrote:At the bottom of the screen for invoice it shows the correct amount, and on estimate it shows $1500 extra that's nowhere to be found anywhere else on the order.
