Have a Journey here. 3D4GH67V69T209628, Has three open recalls. I opened the recall tab and clicked "copy to clipboard", opened the Notes tab and pasted, however it does not have enough room in the notes section for all of the recalls....

In the meantime how about this: You are always reminded when starting a new order for the vehicle, appears on Tech Worksheet, customer invoice, and followup.

Glad to hear the added capacity of Notes. We are using a Labor line to put this info on the order for now.

One question/idea about the recalls.
We service the vehicles for the local Sheriff Department. Often the paper work gets lost in the shuffle. I have 5 or 6 Charger AWD's that now have a recall. To help keep the Under Sheriff informed, I sent him an e-mail. I opened the recall affecting his cars, copied and then pasted to the email. However, very little of the information transferred.
I know that the recalls are a work in progress, and dam i love having them, but it would be nice (when things settle down) if the "copy/paste" option transferred the needed information completely.
